Three decades ago, Harold started as a hands-on digital artist. Today, he builds and leads the systems, teams, and workflows that make creative production run at scale inside a regulated healthcare environment.

His recent work centers on operationalizing AI in creative production: building custom Firefly models trained on brand and regulatory standards, redesigning review and production pipelines to cut cycle time, and leading adoption across creative, medical, and marketing teams who don’t always agree on how fast to move.

He treats AI the way a production leader should — not as a novelty, but as infrastructure. The real work isn’t the model. It’s the workflow, the governance, and the change management that make adoption stick.
