Research had already found the concept: a small character named Bree, cleaning the lungs, testing as the strongest way to make autoimmune PAP and its treatment tangible for patients and HCPs alike. My job was building a medically credible lung environment for Bree to actually live and work inside, not a mascot dropped on a white background.
